In 2019, it will be 350 years since the death of Rembrandt van Rijn. This will be commemorated with a full programme of activities and special exhibitions to be held in the Netherlands over the course of the year. On 15 February, the exhibition All the Rembrandts of the Rijksmuseum will open at the Rijksmuseum. To celebrate the Year of Rembrandt 2019, Mercis Publishing and the Rijksmuseum teamed up to create the book miffy x Rembrandt, designed by Irma Boom Studio. The book is also available in Dutch.
